£185.00 Handler Places Limited to SIx
32 ACE CREDITS
These are learning and exploring days with the emphasis on nose-work and related skills.
If you have never done nose-work before, then this is a great place to start.
If you are already a nose-work addict, then come along and learn a few new twists to add to your skills.
You and your dog will receive massive benefits over the course of the two days.
Dogs of any age can take part and no previous experience is necessary.
Dogs who may not be comfortable around other dogs, or dogs that are sensitive in other
ways can also be included, just contact me to talk over how we can provide a safe
environment in which they can learn and enjoy the activity.
We concentrate on highlighting your dogs senses of smell and sensory awareness.
We teach Animal Centred Education (ACE) Techniques. (as developed by Sarah Fisher)
These explore the huge benefits of 'free work', develop your observational skills
and introduce some of the Tellington Ttouch bodywork elements.
Also incorporating games of engagement such as The Bucket Game and The Counting Game (as developed by Chirag Patel)
We combine nose-work with all of the above and explain how to develop your handler awareness to set your dog up for success.
Offering a firm foundation on which to build your dog detective skills.
